About
Twelve years of asking users what they actually meant.
I design clarity into products that have every reason to be complicated. For more than a decade that has meant automotive cockpits for Porsche and MAN, clinical platforms for ZEISS, industrial AI for Siemens, and enterprise systems for energy, finance and government. Teams bring me in when a product has many stakeholders, heavy data and no room for error, and I stay close to development until it ships.

How I got here.
- 2013
Working student, Corporate HSE&S at RWE Innogy: employee surveys and audits.
- 2014
Master's thesis at MAN Truck & Bus: a driving-simulator study of a commercial-vehicle display concept, with 30 participants.
- 2015
Consultant for automotive UX on behalf of Porsche: 911, Panamera and Cayenne driver's workplace.
- 2017
Cross-series UX concept lead at MAN Truck & Bus for the 2020 truck generation. Red Dot Design Award.
- 2022
Independent. Siemens, ZEISS, STIHL, Telekom MMS, Uniper, AirPlus, Comet, DZ Bank, RIO.
- 2024
Coach for an online UX and UI design course at Armenian Code Academy.

Shipped Wonfolio, my own AI product for UX designers.
Credentials
The process is a standard, not a style.
I work to DIN EN ISO 9241, the international standard for human-centered design. It is why my specifications survive contact with an engineering team, and why a claim about usability from me comes with a method attached.
