A senior UX audit of your product,
in your hands in
48 hours.
Twelve years auditing interfaces that people cannot afford to get wrong. I read your product the way your users do, then tell you exactly what to change, in what order, and why.

How I work
Every finding names the problem, the evidence, and when to act.
I audit against DIN EN ISO 9241-110, Nielsen's heuristics and WCAG 2.2 AA, so a finding is something you can take to your team as a standards question rather than as my taste. Where I see two defensible fixes, I give you both instead of choosing for you.
-
Usability
Readability, intuitive operation, comprehensibility, efficiency, reliability, customizability, error tolerance, learnability.
-
UI Design
Clarity, consistency, responsiveness, aesthetics, flexibility, accessibility.
-
Architecture
Navigation, structure, findability, order, relevance, hierarchy.
Naming the discipline tells you which part of your team owns the fix before anyone reads the detail.
Prioritisation
Priority is a date, not an adjective.
I do not rate findings by how bad they are, because that is an argument nobody wins. I rate them by when to act, and each one carries the reasoning, so you can disagree on the evidence.

Questions
Before you ask.
Access to the product and a note on what you are worried about. A staging login is fine. The 48 hours begins when I confirm that access works.
I do not promise a number. Paying by the finding only buys a longer list, and six real problems are worth more than twenty padded ones.
Because the scope is fixed and I do the work myself. I also cap how many audits I take each week, so the 48 hours stays true rather than becoming a queue.
No. An audit is my expert review against standards, fast and fixed price. Testing puts real users in front of the product. Audit first, then test what the audit flags.
DIN EN ISO 9241-110, Nielsen’s heuristics and WCAG 2.2 AA. Referencing them means a finding is a standards question your team can act on, not a matter of my taste.
Always, before we talk specifics. Most of my client work is under one.
Tell me what's stuck.
Two or three sentences and a rough timeline. I reply within two working days.
