Context & challenge:

RIO Supplier Hub is a logistics web application within the automotive industry, serving both internal and external clients. The main objective was to optimize workflows for various logistics use cases while adhering to a complex existing design system.

Key challenges included:

• Identifying pain points across multiple logistics scenarios.

• Integrating varied UI components within the constraints of a large-scale design system.

As a core product for business operations, the platform’s usability and efficiency directly impacted logistics performance.

My Approach & Process:

As a UX Consultant, I took ownership of designing interactions and flows based on research-driven insights.

• Maintained close alignment with developers, researchers, and product managers.
