Context & challenge:

The goal was to define the Information Architecture for Visual Abstract's AI-based platform, helping various user personas navigate and interact effectively.

Key challenges included:

• Structuring user journeys for multiple persona types.

• Defining the core steps and interactions necessary for platform usability.

  
  

The success of this phase was critical to starting development, as it provided a clear foundation for future implementation.

My Approach & Process:

I conducted a one-day UX workshop with developers and product owners to map out user workflows and task flows.

• Performed workflow analysis to pinpoint key actions and pain points.

• Defined a scalable Information Architecture to support diverse user needs.

Outcome & Impact:

• Delivered a structured user journey and IA framework, enabling efficient development planning.

• Improved clarity for the development team regarding feature prioritization.

• The client was pleased with the strategic direction.
